We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in the course of providing our consultancy services.

3. Who we share it with
Personal data is disclosed only to suppliers who process it on our instructions under written contract — such as our hosting and email providers — and to regulators, auditors, insurers or law enforcement where the law requires it.
4. Where it is held
Website and enquiry data is held in the United Kingdom. If any supplier arrangement involves a transfer outside the UK, we will rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, and this notice will be updated to say so.
5. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data; ask us to correct or delete it; object to or restrict how we use it; and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact enquiries@swf-group.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit.
7. Changes
If we change how this site handles data — in particular if we introduce analytics or a hosted enquiry form — we will update this notice and re-ask for consent where consent is the basis we rely on.
